Project Duration: October 2026 – February 2027 (Seasonal Assignment)

Available Opportunities: 

1. Logistics Coordinator

Oversees daily logistics operations within the assigned area (Warehouse, Distribution, or Venue), managing manpower, inventory/equipment tracking, safety compliance, quality control, and operational coordination.

2. Logistics Crew Member

Performs loading, unloading, material handling, and distribution activities while ensuring safe equipment operation, compliance with safety standards, and proper maintenance of work areas.

3. Logistics Admin Assistant

Provides administrative and operational support through inventory and shipment tracking, system updates, document management, and personnel attendance monitoring.

4. Logistics Coordinator

Coordinates distribution operations, manages delivery schedules and truck appointments, updates shipment milestones in TMS, and maintains logistics documentation and attendance records.

5. Logistics Specialist

Supports end-to-end shipment operations by coordinating transportation, customs clearance, tracking, documentation management, delivery scheduling, reporting, and logistics team administration.

6. PMA Logistics Coordinator

Manages logistics support for assigned teams across Airport, Hotel, and Venue locations by coordinating movements, tracking equipment and shipments, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining stakeholder communication.

2. Fluent in English
3. Diploma holders or current University students in one of the following disciplines:

• Logistics
• Supply Chain Management
• Engineering
• Computer Science
• Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Hospitality Management
• Event Management
• Tourism
• Linguistics
• Business Administration

Candidate Requirements:

• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Fully available and committed throughout the project period (October 2026 – February 2027)
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment
• Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to project success
• Entitled to one day off per week (subject to operational requirements)
